Muskoka Woods

This past weekend I had the opportunity to hang out at Muskoka Woods for the annual Bible Quizzing finals that our church participates in.  I was asked to speak and let me tell you it was quite an adventure trying to decide what to speak on.  That being said when it all was said and done I had a great time and the experience of speaking to 500 students about the powerful, life-changing, life-giving message of the Gospel was a lot of fun.   The most important take away for students was that it’s not about us.  I called them out and reminded them that they need to be involved in their family, their school and their youth group.  It was a really cool experience AND it was great to be back at the Woods and hanging out with great people.  Special (aka Colin) did a fantastic job on creating an incredible worship environment for us, the lights and system were great and a real treat for all the students there.  It was cool to hang out with Luke and Bruce Watson as well.  Great guys.
