KRA’s and SMART Goals

So, this weekend our leadership team at Cedarview spent a lot of time in meetings talking about our mission, vision, values and did some refining and aligning.  It was good to hang out and have some great conversations but I am really tired now that the weekend is over.  Looking forward to a great week and an incredible semester at Cedarview and what the future has in store for us there.
